Our Mission Statement:

"To facilitate and empower an individual to change." We do this with a tool called "TURN RIGHT." "Turn Right" is a mentoring process complete with a handbook to facilitate "at risk" individuals to become a productive part of a community.



Choices:

We can ignore the "at risk" individuals in our community and assign their care to our law enforcement officials or we can step up and take some responsibility for bringing guidance and intervention into their lives.

COC has weekly classes that teach a 6-step program of planning and goal setting that offers a new life, reconnected with family and/or friends and free of dysfunction.
